Bourbon Barrel Smoking Blocks

Chunks of repurposed Bourbon Barrel Staves!

Barrel Proof Smoking Blocks are packaged from authentic Kentucky bourbon barrels. When used as grilling chips, they release a sweet smoky flavor creating a unique richness that can only be achieved by using authentic white oak bourbon barrels.

Measuring in about 1.5/2-inch each, to optimize smoking time, these chunks are cut from authentic bourbon barrel staves. Fire-up the grill or smoker and create BBQ flavors that will form a line for seconds.

Instructions:

For charcoal grill/smoker for long cooks -- after lighting charcoal, place 1 block on the fire and 1-2 blocks around the outside of the fire. Give the thick white smoke some time to thin a bit. Then you are ready to add your favorite meat, vegetable or dish.

For gas grill -- place 1 block on top of the fire and give the thick, white smoke some time to thin a bit. Then you are ready to add your favorite meat, vegetable or dish.
