Guajillo Chile Oil

Dried toasted chilies in oil is a staple of the Mexican table. The chili Guajillo is a base for many traditional Mexican sauces. It's flavor is sweet and earthy with a hint of smoky richness.  

Heat level: Mild. This chili oil is gluten free, vegan, and non-GMO.

Uses: It is fantastic drizzled over sautéed mushrooms, shrimp, kale, or any roasted vegetable. Try it in soups, pastas, eggs, or beans and rice.
