Mexican style Chili Oil is a mix of dried chilies, garlic, and often nuts or seeds toasted in oil and ground into a paste. It is earthy and nutty and the most deliciously rich condiment that you could add to any dish.

Chili de Arbol is our take on the traditional Mexican accompaniment to Pozole. Our mild sweet Chili Guajillo gives you all the flavor of Mexican dried chilies without the heat. The Smoky Coffee Chili Oil is reminiscent of mole and has a high medium heat. These Mexican style chili oils run from spicy to mild and are gluten free, vegan, and non-gmo.

Use: It is the best thing you could put on tacos or a slice of pizza. It's also great on grilled meats, roasted vegetables, tossed into noodles, and in soups and stews.
