Carnaroli Rice

Uses: The Carnaroli rice, has excellent resistance to overcooking. Recommended for any dish, especially risottos with well-separated grains. The top-quality and compact grains, cook uniformly, absorbing the flavors of seasonings in a homogeneous way.
