MAPLE SYRUP - BOURBON BARREL-AGED

Runamok's maple syrup is sourced and boiled from sap to syrup in Vermont. Bourbon Barrel-Aged is made from organic maple syrup that has been aged in recently emptied Bourbon barrels, drawing in the essence of the Bourbon.

Uses: Besides being delicious poured over pancakes and waffles, the rich robust flavor of this syrup also lends itself as an ingredient for savory applications such as in marinades or glazes for chicken or pork or salmon or as a drizzle over brussels sprouts. Perfect addition to cocktails such as a bourbon Old-Fashioned and would be great poured over ice cream.
