Green Olives stuffed with Anchovy

A perfect marriage of two already perfect things, these olives are meaty, quite literally bursting with umami, and are difficult, if not impossible to stop eating.

Recreating a classic bite from Taverna Espinaler, carefully pitted manzanilla olives are filled with a complex and savory paste made from only the finest anchovies harvested straight from the Cantabrian sea.

Use: They are excellent as is, enjoyed between bites of your favorite conserva or sips of your favorite vermouth. As you might imagine, they also make a perfect garnish for an ice-cold Martini.
