Limfjord Blue Mussels with Dill & Fennel

Fangst Nordic's Blåmuslinger No 1 - Limfjord Blue Mussels Marinated with Dill and Fennel Seeds are caught in the cold water of the Danish inlet Limfjorden, where they grow slow to acquire a particularly fine taste and texture.

A beautiful blend of acid and fat, Fangst’s marinated mussels are meaty and moist and perfectly balanced with a marinade of cold pressed rapeseed oil, apple vinegar, dill and fennel seeds.

Uses: They are delicious on it's own or with little more than toast, but we also recommend using them on a salad or tossed in pasta.
