Les Moulins Mahjoub's Balklouti Harissa is handmade from red baklouti peppers, a traditional cooking pepper used in Tunisia that has a distinct hot flavor. Here, the fresh peppers create a smooth and vibrant condiment, and differ from the more concentrated, deep flavors of ones made with dried peppers.

How to use: This harissa is hotter than the traditional harissa and adds a smokey heat to almost any dish.

Ingredients: Organic Baklouti peppers, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic garlic, salt, organic coriander, and organic caraway seeds

Tip: These condiments do not have preservatives. To make them last longer: keep upright, top with olive oil upon opening (can do this every use if desired), and refrigerate.
