Authentic Spanish polished steel paella pan with rubber handles. The wide, shallow carbon steel cooking surface is designed to sauté meats and vegetables prior to adding rice.

Uses: Makes paella for 4-6. Use over gas grill, gas paella cooker, stovetop or oven.

*Please boil water in pan before first use to remove protective layer that has been added to ensure product quality. After washing, clean and dry pan well and coat in light layer of oil between uses.
