Fuudi ships boxes to the entire USA, including APOs. We are looking at adding international shipping soon - stay tuned!

Fuuudi ships via two carriers presently.

UPS - Ground or Second Day Air

USPS - Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express

You will be given options and pricing for your order at checkout.

Yes! Fuudi offers free shipping on all Subscriptions, Gourmet Boxes, and Pantry orders over $100.

Yes, you will receive tracking information in an email once your items have shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

Oh, no! That is terrible news and simply will not do.

If your tracking shows delivered and isn't there or has shown up damaged, please let us know!

Please contact us at care@fuudi.com and we will do everything in our power to make it right as soon as possible. If you have damaged items, we would appreciate pictures, as this helps us address the issue with the carrier.

Part of the adventure of food is trying things that your palate is not used to, and sometimes it is not to your liking. Just like your mum, we ask that you try it again.

That being said, we value the opinions and feedback of all of our fuudis, and we do want to know. We promise to do everything we can to make things right. Email us at care@fuudi.com and we'll take it from there.

If it is appropriate, for example if an item was damaged, we would always prefer to exchange it and send you out what you ordered.

If that is not feasible, we will offer store credit or a gift card for the value of the item.
