Chili de Arbol Chile Oil

Hot Mama Salsa uses Chili de Arbol, for this chili oil, the flavor is deep and earthy. They toast this dried chilies with garlic and sesame seeds in peanut oil. It's flavor and heat meld together and become nutty and delicious. It is the best thing you could put on a slice of pizza. It's also great on grilled meats, roasted vegetables, tossed into noodles, and in soups and stews.
