Fresh from the Azores, olive oil, a little pepper, a few tomatoes and spices and here is a typical Portuguese tuna paté that you can accompany with white bread or, better still, with a few boiled potatoes and a glass of white wine.

Origin: Lisbon, Portugal

Uses: spread on crisp crackers; top a green salad, niçoise style; serve with roasted red peppers

Ingredients: tuna, olive oil, tomato, spices (vinegar, white peppers), salt

Size: 2.6 oz (75 g)

Store at ambient temperature until opened, sealed and refrigerated up to two days after opening. Traditional Portuguese method production (pre-cooked).
