Organic Sundried Tomatoes

Les Moulins Mahjoub - Organic Sundried Tomatoes are dried in the hot summer months of July and August. Four elements are involved: sun, air, salt, and the human hand. Picked when they're bursting with flavor, the tomatoes are individually layered in glass jars and covered with extra virgin olive oil. 

Les Moulins Mahjoub is a fourth generation owned and operated family company located in the fertile Mejerda Valley of North Central Tunisia. Exceptionally good soil and growing methods that respect the natural and biological balances of nature, combined with the use of traditional farming methods and hand processing techniques, enable Les Moulins Mahjoub 'haute couture' products to be made, meeting the most stringent quality standards. 

Uses: Organically produced, you'll enjoy them in pastas, couscous, salads, and many other dishes. We like them tucked in our sandwiches, too.
