Oak Barrel Aged Balsamic

A rich and complex taster’s Balsamic Vinegar for connoisseurs.  Produced by VR Aceti of Modena this balsamic vinegar is comparable to a 12-year tradizionale in both density and balance between sweetness and acidity. The oak wood barrel aging adds another layer of depth and interest.

Use: Delicious accompaniment to soft and aged cheese.
